All sales are made through Vinted and are subject to Vinted’s Buyer Protection and platform policies.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in accordance with Vinted’s official rules. As transactions are processed through Vinted, any refund requests must be made through the Vinted platform.

A refund may be considered if:

  • the item does not match the description

  • the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described

  • the order does not arrive within the protection timeframe
     

How Refunds Work

If a buyer believes they are eligible for a refund, they must raise this directly through Vinted. We will review the case and make the final decision in line with their Buyer Protection system.

We do not process refunds outside of the Vinted platform.
 

Change of Mind

As per Vinted’s marketplace rules, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless the seller has explicitly agreed within the listing terms or Vinted policies allow it.
 

Return Process

If a return is approved by Vinted:

  • the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

  • return shipping instructions will be provided through Vinted.

  • refunds are issued once the item is received and verified.
